Sean MacUisdin is an Okanagan boy who has lived in Esquimalt for nearly thirty years. A member of the Royal Canadian Navy, he has served on ships and ashore throughout his career and has traveled extensively around the Pacific and most enjoyably, along the rugged west coast.
Sean MacUisdin has served as the President of the Joint Scottish Council of Victoria, President of the Vancouver Island Highland Games Association as well as board members for the the Victoria Gaelic Choir Society and Township Community Arts Council. He is an active member in the community, a published author, and an avid gardener and outdoorsman.
