The Love Cats
Lovecats are a 5-piece classic pop/rock band who met jamming with friends and local musicians who just couldn't get enough Beatles, Stones or Billy Joel. Their unique brand of entertainment fuses dual guitars, multi- instrumentalists, 5 vocalists with an emphasis on danceable material and surprising set changes that will make you want to dance all night.
July 14
Morien Jones
Morien Jones is an award winning musician and songwriter. His smooth playing, soulful voice and wide ranging song selection have made him an extremely popular performer. He has performed at clubs, theatres (Capitol Theatre in Nelson BC), festivals (Victoria International Jazz Festival in 2019 and 2023) and countless corporate, municipal and special events. He has over 2000 live performances to his name. Morien continues to write, record and perform his original music and tasteful cover renditions to a growing audience of admirers who love his creativity, range and soulful style.

Demographix
We welcome back Demographix to Memorial Park. Their set lists include popular classic rock hits from across the decades as well as popular recent tunes. Always one of the favourite bands to dance to!

The Men in Black
The Men in Black are performing for the first time at Memorial Park Music Fest. Their tribute to the Music of Johnny Cash presents the songs and stories of this iconic songwriter.
August 4
Edie DaPonte
Anyone who has seen her perform will know that Edie Daponte brings the element of surprise to every show! Her range and repertoire travel far and wide crossing musical genres and spanning multiple decades and languages. She's equally at home in an intimate lounge setting or on an outdoor festival stage, having established a reputation in the music scene of Vancouver Island and Western Canada as a dynamic and engaging performer.
Edie has performed at festivals including the Victoria Jazz Festival and the Vancouver Latin Festival and toured theatres across Vancouver Island and BC. You'll find her accompanied by the finest Victoria jazz musicians. Together they create a wonderful atmosphere, engaging audiences large and small, drawing them in, and rewarding them with classic numbers they love to hear.

The LateShift
We are The LateShift Band. A fun, experienced, energetic group playing the most requested dance songs from the 50s, 60s and beyond. Stephanie, Mario, Alan, Steve & Dave and soundman extraordinaire Dave O will get everyone dancing and having a great time. Audiences of all ages will be jumping up and down and singing along to authentic versions of the most requested “Juke Box Hits”. With all members on vocals, and featuring Stephanie Greaves, we are able to bring a wide variety of songs and great harmonies from Roy Orbison, Elvis, Tina Turner, Elton John, Abba, Elo, The Mavericks, Shania Twain, Queen, Trooper, BTO, Linda Ronstadt, Bill Haley, Kenny Logins, The Beatles, Bob Segger, CCR, Van Morrison, Richie Valens, Chuck Berry and so many more. It doesn't get any better than playing the music we love and seeing your smiling faces coming back at us!!!

August 18 The Naden Band The Naden Band of the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN), in operation since 1940, is comprised of thirty five professional full-time musicians whose primary role within the Royal Canadian Navy is to support Naval Operations, ceremonial events, and public outreach initiatives. Currently under the direction of Lieutenant (Navy) Ben Van Slyke, the Band performs in a variety of ensembles ranging from parade band and concert band to big band, brass and woodwind quintets, and rock and contemporary ensembles. |

Slim Sandy and the Hillbilly Boppers
Slim Sandy and the Hillbilly Boppers play a mix of old time country music, western swing and rockabilly, from the 30’s to the 50’s. Slim sings, plays guitar and harmonica, joined by Willa Mae on vocals, Big Daddy Bo on bass, and Soda Pop on drums. The band is promoting their new album LAZY DAY. This is their first time performing at Memorial Park Music Fest.
July 15
The Soul Shakers
Classic Motown, Soul, R&B, Blues, pop and original music highlight a Soul Shakers performance. The Soul Shakers are returning veterans to Memorial Park Music Fest.

BACKBEAT has been thrilling audiences since 1988 with their loving and most authentic musical tribute to the 60's. The Phonix YYJ is the high-energy, live party band that proudly represents the legendary Phonix Band (Vancouver) in Victoria BC. These musicians love the R&B, Funk and Soul sound they grew up on and are eager to share them with you at your next event! The Phonic YYJ is new to the Memorial Park Music Fest lineup.

JaimesonRhy are Jaimey Hamilton & Rhyley Bremner, born and raised on Vancouver Island. They combine powerhouse vocals and angelic harmonies, while continuing to display their youthful spin on 90’s Country.
