July 8
Slim Sandy and the Hillbilly Boppers
Slim Sandy and the Hillbilly Boppers play a mix of old time country music, western swing and rockabilly, from the 30’s to the 50’s. Slim sings, plays guitar and harmonica, joined by Willa Mae on vocals, Big Daddy Bo on bass, and Soda Pop on drums. The band is promoting their new album LAZY DAY. This is their first time performing at Memorial Park Music Fest.

July 15
The Soul Shakers
Classic Motown, Soul, R&B, Blues, pop and original music highlight a Soul Shakers performance. The Soul Shakers are returning veterans to Memorial Park Music Fest.

BackBeat
BACKBEAT has been thrilling audiences since 1988 with their loving and most authentic musical tribute to the 60's. From the Beatles to the Zombies and everything in between, these are the songs you remember, the way they were played, absolutely live. For BACKBEAT, it's all about paying homage to these great artists and this incredible catalogue of music. We are thrilled to welcome BACKBEAT back to Esquimalt!

Mostly Motown
Mostly Motown is a high energy dance band out of Victoria BC playing the hits of Motown and more! We welcome Mostly Motown to their first time performing at Memorial Park Music Fest.

The Phonix YYJ
The Phonix YYJ is the high-energy, live party band that proudly represents the legendary Phonix Band (Vancouver) in Victoria BC. These musicians love the R&B, Funk and Soul sound they grew up on and are eager to share them with you at your next event! The Phonic YYJ is new to the Memorial Park Music Fest lineup.

JaimesonRhy are Jaimey Hamilton & Rhyley Bremner, born and raised on Vancouver Island. They combine powerhouse vocals and angelic harmonies, while continuing to display their youthful spin on 90’s Country.
JaimesonRhy share an undeniable connection on stage as their voices blend together so effortlessly. Watch them playing live this Spring at the Duke Saloon, Irish Times Pub, Bard & Banker and many more.

Naden Band of the Royal Canadian Navy
The Naden Band of the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN), in operation since 1940, is comprised of thirty five professional full-time musicians whose primary role within the Royal Canadian Navy is to support Naval Operations, ceremonial events, and public outreach initiatives. Currently under the direction of Lieutenant (Navy) Ben Van Slyke, the Band performs in a variety of ensembles ranging from parade band and concert band to big band, brass and woodwind quintets, and rock and contemporary ensembles. We are proud to have the Naden Band round out the 2025 season of Memorial Park Music Fest.
