​The Township Community Arts Council’s Board of Directors cordially invites you
to join our dynamic organisation!

The Township Community Arts Council (TCAC) is a local society,
created to be a community advocate, supporter and development hub
for artistic activities in Esquimalt. 

We’ll work hard to promote and support the arts
to ensure everyone has the opportunity to experience
and to be inspired by arts and cultural activities in our township.

Since our first year of operation we have built a huge team of dedicated members and volunteers.

We have staged or participated in:
community outreach - Esquimalt Block Party
classic community events - Buccaneer Days, Splash of Light
music concerts - Memorial Park Music Fest, Pacific Blue with Stephanie Greaves & Ken Lavigne
 arts festivals - Esquimalt Arts Festival 
drama - Bard Across the Bridge
dance - Aeriosa! and the Esquimalt Singers and Dancers
 2-day art extravaganzas - Sculpture Splash
 fundraising classical music concerts - Township Classics
visual arts - Artists in Residence programmes, Paint Ins, workshops 
a not-so-scary but oh-so-funnybone-rattling trick or treat - Halloween Spook
seasonal - Christmas Village/Tree events, Celebration of Light

Esquimalt is a vibrant community with a colourful past, and a bright future. 
By promoting fine arts, dance, literature, music, theatre, and visual/media arts events,
we've created experiences, connected people, driven the economy, 
and celebrated our evolving culture.
